EXHIBITION CHARACTERISTICS (data for 2010)
For the first time in 2010 the Agroindustrial Forum of the Volga Region united two exhibition projects – the Agrocomplex: Interagro. Animed. Farmer of the Volga Region agricultural exhibition and the Volgaprodexpo foodstuff exhibition.
Agrocomplex: Interagro. Animed. Farmer of the Volga Region is one of important and popular exhibition events of the Agricultural Complex of the Republic of Tatarstan and neighboring regions, the exposition of which covers all spheres of the Agroindustrial Complex.
The Agrocomplex Exhibition gives an opportunity to show the equipment for manufacture and processing of agricultural production, plant growing, cattle breeding and poultry farming. It helps in establishing of business relationships and contributes to development of new approaches and innovation projects in agricultural sphere, gives participants an opportunity of improvement of their agrobusiness.
Volgaprodexpo is the unique show of foodstuff and drinks, equipment for food industry and public catering services in Tatarstan. Among participants of the foodstuff exhibition are: “Pisheviye Technologii” (“Foodstuff Technologies”) LTD (Krasnodar), “Tatspirtprom” OJSC (Kazan), “Ivanteevsky Elevatormelmash” (Moscow region), “Vamin Tatarstan” (Kazan) OJSC, “Convenience Food Systems” CJSC (Moscow), “Chelny-Broiler” LTD, “LKT-companiya” (Tolyatti) and others.
During the days of the exhibition, competition “The Best Product of the Exhibition”, as well as competition of cooks and confectioners were held.
In 2010 the exhibition was visited by more than 7000 people. Among them were heads of branch ministries, specialists of the agroindustrial complex, representatives of large and medium business, as well as specialists of agricultural sector of the Republic of Tatarstan and the neighboring regions: Chuvashia, Bashkiria, Mari El, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara and other regions.
According to the results of questionnaire 83% of participants partially reached the set aims and 63% confirmed their participation in the Agroindustrial Forum of the Volga Region in 2011.

Equipped exhibition space – 190 euro per 1 square meter.
Unequipped exhibition space – 160 euro per 1 square meter.
Open exhibition space – 80 euro per 1 square meter.

EXHIBITION CENTER
Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC is one of the largest and dynamically developing exhibition centers of Russia. Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC is a member of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF), and the Global Association of Exhibition Industry (UFI).
Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC is an ideal place for holding exhibitions, the only ground in the Republic of Tatarstan that allows to demonstrate exhibits on the area of more than 20 000 sq. m. On the territory of the exhibition center there are 3 Exhibition Pavilions with the total area of 6700 sq. m., a Pavilion for Receptions and VIP-presentations and a Business Center. The high level of technical outfit of the complex allows to demonstrate any type of exhibits including large ones. The total area of the exhibition complex is 12,1 hectares.
The management system of Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC is certified to meet the ISO 9001-2008 International Quality standard.
